In these Terms & Conditions
“We” and “us” means IsolPro.
“You” means the person placing an order.
“The contract is agreed” – by completing and submitting this electronic order form, you are making an offer to order (and later purchase) products which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. An acceptance email from us confirms that the contract is formed.

Ordering
By completing and submitting an electronic order form, you are making an offer to order (and later purchase) goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. Please note that the work on your order will not be initiated until the Advance Amount mutually decided is received by our Systems. Also, the product will not be Delivered (download link for the product) until we have authorization from your payment card issuer. We will not be liable if there is a delay, and we will not accept your order if payment is not authorized.
Certain steps must be followed for a contract to be formed, as described below.
After you have placed your order:
You will receive an email to acknowledge your order. It will seek for more details about your requirements and a Communication Platform will be chosen (convenient to you) for quick and easy discussion of your requirements. After knowing all your requirements, if we will accept your Order, a confirmation email will be sent and the Production will be started as soon as you complete your Advance Payment. We do not have to accept your order, and for example, we will not accept your order if:
- We can not fulfil your requirements
- Your payment is not authorized
- There is some technical problem at that time
- You have cancelled your order
Refusal or delay in accepting delivery
Once your order is ready, you will receive an official mail informing you about the same and you are then expected to verify and if satisfied, complete your Payment to get your Product.
If for any reasons you are unable to complete your Payment and accept your delivery even after 30 days from the date of official confirmation mail, you will lose all your rights from that product and you won't ever be able to claim anything of that order and we are authorized to sell it on any price to anybody we want. Also, we can't be forced to make any refunds in any form!
Refund after delivery
Products created and sold at IsolPro are delivered only after showing the exact demo of the original product and so will not be refundable. However, if you face any problem, our dedicated Support Team is and always be there to help you.
Pricing and payment
Prices throughout the website are quoted in Indian Rupees, and payment can only be accepted in Indian Rupees.
The price you pay is the price of the products discussed with you at the of confirmation of your order, there is no any hidden charges expect of the Taxes applied by the respective government.
Changes to Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions from time to time. If this happens, we will notify you by posting the new Terms & Conditions on the website.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the law of India and you and we agree to use the Indian Courts if any dispute arises.
If any part of these Terms & Conditions for buying products online is found to be invalid by law, the rest of them remain valid and enforceable.
