Initially, you have 512 MB Storage Space. In the future, if your needs grow you can get up to 1 GB storage at no extra cost.

What does 10+ mean for Starter Plan?

Initially, you are assigned 10 of that feature. If you need a few more, we won't charge you anything.

Which plan is best for me?

Upgrading your hosting plan is easy, so our recommendation: start with the most basic plan & upgrade as and when your needs grow.

What is your refund policy?

We offer a 100% refund if you are not satisfied with our services, claimed within 7-days from the date of activation.

How do I claim my refund?

Where and when do I receive my refund?

We transfer your amount to the bank details that you provided within 12 hours once the review is complete.

What happens to my files after I am refunded?

After you are refunded, your files are available for 24 hours for you to create and download your full backup. After that, your account (along with all your files) is permanently deleted from our server.

I need more/less, do you have any more plans?
